Externally Supported Transitional Accommodation

| For: | Young people who have spent a minimum of three months at the Sandgate House program and demonstrate independent life skills | ||||||
| Eligible: | Young people aged 16 to 21 years Have an income or capacity to pay rent |

| Stay: | A tenant agrees to an initial six month lease with the opportunity for a six month extension (conditions apply) | ||||||

| Access: | Car, Nundah train station or bus | ||||||
| Cost: | $70 per week - includes utilities Key deposit of $25 plus bond of four weeks rent |

- Nundah House referrals are only accepted through Sandgate House.
- We do not accept families, accompanying children or pets.
- Tenants must budget for their own food, transport and personal items.
- The program does not have the capacity to accept young people with high support needs including those with drug and/or alcohol dependency or high behavioural, mental health or disability needs.
